At Anantaa Creation, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you may cancel your purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After the 2-hour window, the order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Your order cannot be canceled once:

It has been processed or packed

It has been dispatched to the courier

A customized or stitched item is under production

A “Sale” or “Special Offer” product has been purchased
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed window:

Refund will be issued as Store Credit or Coupon Code only

Store credit will be valid for 90 days

No direct bank or cash refunds are provided
4. Cancellation by Anantaa Creation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

The product is out of stock

Payment issues occur

Incorrect address or incomplete details are provided

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In this case, the customer will receive store credit or replacement options.
5. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications (change of size, address, product, etc.) are allowed only within the same 2-hour window.
After that, no changes can be made.
