Welcome to Anantaa Creation. We value your trust and want to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Incorrect size delivered (if the ordered size does not match the delivered size)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Color variation (minor shade differences may occur due to lighting & screen resolution)

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Change of mind after delivery

2. Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Please provide unboxing video proof for faster resolution.

3. Condition of the Product

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, perfume smell, or damage

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed as Store Credit / Coupon Code only

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days

  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The requested size is available

  • The order qualifies under the return eligibility conditions

If a size is not available, store credit will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees with fall/pico done

  • Customized stitching orders

  • Lehenga cholis customized to size

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Accessories (Jewelry, bags, belts, etc.)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Send an email with unboxing video + clear photos

  • Our support team will process your case within 24–48 hours
