  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For customized or pre-order items, additional processing time may apply.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Location accessibility

  • Festivals or peak seasons

3. Shipping Charges

Within India:

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on pincodes.

  • Free Shipping offers will be mentioned on applicable products/pages.

International Orders:

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link via email/SMS

You can track your shipment anytime until delivery.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone not reachable

  • Refusal to accept the order

The courier will attempt re-delivery. If the order returns to us, reshipping charges will apply.

No refunds are issued for failed deliveries due to address errors.

6. International Customs Policy

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges vary by country

  • These charges must be paid by the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

7. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

We will assist you in resolving the issue.
